WHITE-LABEL

A range your
customers recognise.

A white-label range puts your name on the box. From that moment the product, the packaging and the information printed on both have to agree with one another and with what the customer finds when they search for the part.

Cooperation with FXG can cover the selection of the range, the sourcing behind it and the way it reaches your customers. Some ranges start with a handful of fast-moving replacement parts; others extend an assortment you already sell.

Quantities, prices and responsibilities depend on the products involved. We agree them for the specific range before a project proceeds.

PRODUCTS AND PRESENTATION

What belongs in
a white-label range.

Product selection

A useful range starts with what your customers ask for and the vehicles they are asking about. Categories, part references and compatibility data decide what belongs in it and what does not.

Packaging and product data

Artwork, pack sizes, item numbers and descriptions have to match across the box, the listing and the invoice. Bring your logo files, any existing pack design and your numbering scheme. We can then identify what still needs producing.

Ordering and replenishment

A range also needs a plan for restocking it. Order quantities, availability information, replenishment intervals and delivery destinations belong in the discussion before the first production run, not after the first stockout.

RETAIL AND TRADE

Built for how
the products are sold.

An online retailer, a distributor and a workshop supplier sell the same part in three different ways. Presentation, order sizes and the information passed on to the customer should follow the channel the range is actually built for.

A white-label project connects the product range with supply, logistics and customer expectations. Consulting can help review the service model, operational requirements and commercial considerations around the range.

WORKING WITH FXG

Tell us what you
want to sell.

Contact us with the categories you are interested in and the market you serve.

Existing artwork, an assortment list or an estimate of annual volume makes the first answer far more concrete. Specifications, responsibilities and commercial terms follow once the range itself is clear.

PROJECT SCOPE

Clear responsibilities
from the start.

A range is more than a name on a box. Specifications, approved artwork, product information and a named owner for each stage belong in the scope before anything is ordered.

We look at the assortment and the volumes first, then samples, packaging and supply. Timing is agreed around the actual products; we would rather name a realistic date than an ambitious one.
