Our work connects product information, customer service and the movement of goods. Whatever your role, the aim is to help customers get the right part when they need it.
Someone looks up a part, compares it with the worn one in their hand and has to decide whether it fits. The interface either makes that obvious or it does not. The same is true of the screens our own work runs on.
What you would work on
Follow how a customer searches for a part, checks whether it suits their vehicle and completes an order, then design the steps so that each decision is easy to make.
Design interfaces for internal work, including order handling, stock and product information, where speed and accuracy matter more than decoration.
Turn requirements into wireframes, prototypes and finished interface designs, from the first rough sketch to a state a developer can build from.
Keep components, type and spacing consistent, so screens designed months apart still behave like one product.
Work with dense material: part references, compatibility data, technical attributes and product photography that vary in quality.
Hand work over with the awkward cases included: empty search results, errors, very long product names, slow connections, small screens.
Put designs in front of the people who will use them and change what does not survive contact with real use.
What we are looking for
A portfolio with two or three projects explained end to end: the problem, what you tried, what you changed and why.
Confident layout, typography and hierarchy, on desktop and on mobile screens.
The habit of designing with real content and real constraints rather than placeholder text.
Clear explanations of your decisions to people who are not designers.
German and English for day-to-day communication and collaboration.
Whatever design software you already work in is fine with us; the result and the handover matter more than the tool.
Useful but not required: interfaces built around catalogue or product data, e-commerce, or designing for people working in a warehouse or workshop.

Your CV and a portfolio are both required: send the portfolio as a link or a PDF, and add your earliest possible start date. If a project was teamwork, say which parts were yours. Selected work explained in a few sentences tells us more than a long gallery.
We build interfaces with Flutter and Dart. The focus is practical: screens that people use during their working day, where reliable data and clear feedback matter.
What you would work on
Build and maintain application screens in Flutter and Dart, including the state that sits behind them.
Connect interfaces to backend APIs: requests, loading and empty states, caching, retries, and error messages that tell someone what to do next.
Keep search and long lists over large product data responsive, including on modest devices.
Keep the codebase readable, with predictable structure, changes that can be reviewed, and tests around the parts that fail quietly.
Work through what release-ready actually means: input validation, poor-connection behaviour, accessibility and different screen sizes.
Work directly with design: build the agreed interface and raise the cases the design has not covered yet.
Investigate reported problems: reproduce, find the cause, fix it, confirm the fix.
What we are looking for
Practical Flutter and Dart experience: something you have built and can talk through in detail.
A working understanding of state management, asynchronous code and when widgets rebuild.
Experience consuming REST or comparable APIs, including authentication and error handling.
Version control in a team, and code you are comfortable having reviewed.
German and English for day-to-day communication and collaboration.
Useful but not required: unit and widget tests, automated builds, taking an app through a store release, or any backend and database experience.
What to send us
Your CV and your earliest possible start date. Work samples are welcome where you have them: a repository, a published app or a code sample. Where the work was shared, tell us which parts you wrote. If nothing can be shared, describe a feature you built and the decisions behind it.
Every order ends up here. Goods arrive, get checked, stored, picked and packed, and what leaves the building has to be exactly what the customer ordered. A single transposed digit in a part number turns into a return, a delay and a phone call.
What you would work on
Receive incoming goods, check them against the delivery documents and report anything that does not match.
Put stock away where it belongs and keep locations and quantities accurate.
Pick orders, check part numbers carefully and pack goods so they arrive undamaged.
Prepare shipments for dispatch and label them correctly.
Handle returns: check the condition, sort them and either put them back into stock or pass them on for a decision.
Take part in stock counts and help keep the working area tidy and safe.
Handle a range that runs from small components to large and heavy items.
What we are looking for
Care and accuracy. Most warehouse mistakes are small ones that reach a customer.
Reliability when the day is working towards a dispatch cut-off.
An understanding that warehouse work includes standing, lifting and moving goods.
An organised way of working and an eye for where things belong.
Willingness to learn the product range and how the stock is organised.
German for day-to-day communication and understanding work instructions.

Our roles are based at our location in Spremberg, Brandenburg. The work is on-site because the goods are here and because the people who will use what is designed and built are here too.
FXG has supplied spare parts since 2006. We supply parts for trucks, cars, motorcycles, bicycles and e-scooters, to private customers, workshops and businesses worldwide. Our range covers more than a million part numbers, supplied through a network of ten or more warehouses.
That is what keeps the design and development work concrete. The screens describe real parts, real stock and real orders, and the people relying on them are not far away.
